Optivian is committed to transparency about the AI technologies that power our platform. This page describes the AI services we use and how they are applied.

AI Services We Use

The Ollie platform is powered by the following third-party AI services:

Gemini (Vertex AI) — Google Cloud

We use Google's Gemini models via Vertex AI to power the core intelligence of Ollie. This includes:

  • Analysing sales deal context and history
  • Generating meeting preparation briefs and sales recommendations
  • Summarising call recordings and identifying follow-up actions
  • Answering questions about deals and accounts

How We Use AI

All AI-generated content produced by Ollie is advisory only. Outputs are surfaced to users as suggestions and recommendations; they do not automatically trigger any action and do not have legal or similarly significant effects. Users retain full control and can review, edit, or discard any AI-generated content.

Data & Privacy

Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. All data sent to AI providers is encrypted in transit and processed solely to generate responses for your account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
