What to include

Sending us these details up front speeds things up:

  • Your Optivian account email
  • What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
  • Screenshots if they help
  • When the issue occurred, with your timezone
  • For integration issues: which integration (CRM, calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and what step you were on

Common issues

I can't sign in

Try a password reset. If your organisation uses SSO, your administrator needs to reset access from their identity provider.

My CRM integration stopped syncing

Go to Settings → Integrations and reconnect the affected integration. If that doesn't fix it, send us the integration name and the time the sync last succeeded.

Ollie isn't responding in Microsoft Teams

Two things to check: your administrator has connected the Optivian-to-Teams integration, and you have linked your Optivian account by sending an auth code to Ollie. If both are done and Ollie still doesn't reply, email us with your Microsoft 365 tenant name.

I want to delete my account or data

Email privacy@optivian.ai. We respond within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
